She specialises in providing Strategic Corporate Advisory, managing Cross-Border Transactions, drafting Complex Commercial Agreements, and representing clients in high-stakes Regulatory disputes.
Her background combines 9 years as an in-house Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary for multinational IT companies with an independent legal practice, enabling her to deliver practical, business-centric legal solutions.

and Insolvency proceedings. She represents corporate clients before key statutory authorities,
including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Deepti acts as a Key Legal and Human Resources (HR) compliance partner, structuring workplace policies and safeguarding corporate entities across India:
Labour Law & HR Policies: She advises on employment law compliance, drafts comprehensive employment-related agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and designs robust corporate HR policy frameworks.
POSH Act Compliance: She possesses a sustained interest and deep expertise in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at Workplace laws. She assists organisations with structural compliance management and conducts employee awareness sessions, managers awareness sessions and Gender sensitization sessions.
Internal Committee (IC) Investigation: She serves as an appointed External Member on the Internal Committees of various companies and educational bodies, leading independent workplace grievance investigations and dispute redressal.
Deepti is an active legal researcher who regularly authors articles and legal opinions on corporate laws. She contributed to the editing and structural updating of leading professional books authored by Dr. K. R. Chandratre, including the Company Secretarial Practice Manual (2nd Edition) and the Compendium of Key Issues under Corporate Laws (Volumes 3, 4, and 5).

Presently, he is the Consulting Editor of the Corporate Law Adviser (CLA) Journal and is a Member of the ICSI Editorial Advisory Board (2026).
With his longstanding association with Dr. K. R.
